Buyer Consultation

Overview

Buyer Consultation Workflow manages communication with buyers who book a buyer consultation.


Performs actions when appointment status is New, Confirmed, Showed, No-show, or Cancelled.


The workflow will send a thank you message if the contact was referred by someone and the information has been entered into the system.

Schedule Buyer Consultation

  • Find the contact
  • Go to the contact detail screen
  • On the Appointment tag click the +Add button next to appointment
  • Select Buyer Consultation from the Calendar drop-down
  • Select Day and time agreed to with the contact for the Buyer Consultation
  • Click Save

  • Buyer Consultation Calendar Status is New
  • Buyer Consultation Calendar Status is Confirmed
  • Buyer Consultation Calendar Status is Showed
  • Buyer Consultation Calendar Status is No-show
  • Buyer Consultation Calendar Status is Cancelled
