Buyer Lead General

Overview

Buyer Lead General is the default workflow for new buyers that are entered into the system that do not come through Facebook or other sources for which workflows have been specifically setup up to cover communications with the new contact.


At the end of the workflow if there is no response the contact is move to the long-term pipeline.


To turn on the workflow the documents noted below need to be completed, but the workflow is designed to send replacement emails if videos are not ready. The emails using Home Value and Buyer Questionnaire trigger links will not send if the page are flag as not ready.

Manually Add to Buyer Lead Pipeline

  • Go to Opportunities
  • Click +New button
  • Fill out + Add opportunity -- screen
  • In the Pipeline drop down select Buyer (01) Lead Nurture
  • In the Stage select Lead
  • Click Add
