Buyer Long-term

Overview

Buyer Long-term Workflows sends communication (email or text) at a 30 day interval. These messages do not use any video messages or documents.


The workflow adds the call follow up 90x tag at the start of the workflow as well.


At 540 days workflow does a status check with buyer to determine where they are in the buying process - 1 ready to look, 2 looking in the next year, 3 not ready and then routes the contact in the Pipelines according to the response.


The workflow is triggered when the contact is added to the Buyer Long-term Nurture Pipeline. The workflow runs for 780 days at the end of the workflow a task is generated letting the assigned user know that the end has been reached.

Manually Add to Buyer Long-term Workflow

  • Find the buyer in the Buyer Lead Pipeline
  • Drag the buyer to the Long-term Nurture bucket

or

  • Find the contact
  • Go to the contact detail screen
  • On the Contact tag click the +Add button under opportunities, the Add opportunity screen will open
  • Enter the Opportunity Name
  • Select Buyer (01) Lead Nurture from the Pipeline drop-down
  • Select Long-term Nurture from the Stage drop-down
  • Select the contact to be assigned in the owner column
  • Click Add
  • Click Save at the bottom of the Contact tab to save the record
