Buyer Questionnaire

Overview

This workflow is used in the buyer lead process but is not directly associated to a pipeline. The questionnaire gathers information from the contact that will assist in creating a custom MLS search. It also inquires from the contact what timeline they are on.


The workflow will not resend the Initial email if the buyer questionnaire submitted tag exists on contact or Buyer Questionnaire Complete is set to No.


The Buyer Questionnaire is embedded into the Buyer Questionnaire Funnel which has three pages.

  • The first page of the funnel captures basic contact information and is generally used for marketing and/or direct access through the web.
  • The second page is sent out to contacts that are already setup in the CRM and captures home search details to enable setup of the MLS feed.
  • The third page of the funnel is a thank you page.

To send the Buyer Questionnaire manually

  • Find the contact in the CRM
  • Go to the Contact Detail screen
  • On the Contact Tab enter the tag send buyer questionnaire in the Tags field
  • Click Save at the bottom of the Contact Tab to save the record
