Buyer Showing Appointment
Overview
Provides communication the Buyer about schedule showing appointments, includes in communications the location where the showing will be starting or if a scheduling URL can be provide it sends that in the communications to the buyer.
When using this workflow the showing is actually schedule outside of the CRM. If the showing tool offers a URL of the showing schedule that URL can be capture as part of the workflow and resent to the user through the communications used in this workflow.
This workflow does not trigger any actions when the status is set to show updating the status as part of the process is for your records and use in reporting.
Schedule Buyer Showing
- Outside of the system, in the scheduling tool schedule the showing
- If your schedule tool can provide a URL to the showing schedule capture the URL
- In the CRM search for the Contact and go to the contact details
- Select the appointment tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen
- Click add new
- From the Calendar list select Buyer Showing
- Select the day and time slot
- In the additional notes field enter the URL captured above, if you don't have a URL enter the address of the first location to be shown
- Click Save
Day of Showing Appointment
- In the CRM search for the Contact and go to the contact details
- Select the appointment tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen
- Open the Showing Appointment by click on the pencil next to the Appointment
- The Edit Appointment screen will open
- Update the Appointment Status accordingly
- Click Save
