Buyer Specific Home Search w/Funding Option

Overview

Buyer Specific Home Search w/funding option manages responses from a Facebook add run for a specific property that is for sale.


The funding option includes responding based on a funding option selections made by the contact on the Facebook form options currently are - cash, have pre-approval, or need a lender.


For this workflow to be used the Buyer Questionnaire Funnel and workflow need to be in place.


Contact is transferred to long-term nurture pipeline if no response received during workflow.

Adding a Property

  • When adding a new property to market
  • First create the form and ad in Facebook
  • Second, log into the CRM go to settings Integrations then click on Facebook Form Fields Mapping from the menu at the top of the screen
  • Click on the edit button on the line of the Facebook form
  • The Map fields screen, verify the field mapping and click update
  • The above three steps can be skipped if this is an existing form
  • From the setup screen hit <- Go back and select Automation
  • Click on the Buyer (01) Lead folder to get to the workflow to be updated
  • Go to Buyer (01.1) Specific Home Search w/Funding and open in edit mode
  • Click Add New Workflow Trigger
  • Name the Workflow Trigger to match the Facebook Ad, select Facebook from the Workflow Trigger Type, and select Facebook lead form submitted from the Choose a Workflow Trigger box
  • Click Add Filter, select In form from the list and select the Facebook Form from the earlier steps
  • In the Enter House for Sale Address enter the address of the home related to the ad, if there is more than one ad running you will need to setup if statements to handle the different homes
